Dogliani DOCG Santa Lucia
This is the Dolcetto from Dogliani, today called Dogliani DOCG: the vines for this wine surround the winery and are now over fifty years old, with a great history and potential. This wine is aged for about a year in steel only, in its youngest and most captivating version.
With a ruby-purple color; the nose has scents of currant, violet, and blackberry; with a slightly herbaceous flavor and fruity notes.
The fruity and inviting aroma and the moderate body make it a wine for the whole meal, particularly suitable for accompanying delicate first and second courses.
It is best enjoyed young to express the freshness and delicacy of its aromas and flavors.
